Created for professionals who spend so much of life carrying responsibilities and caring for others, this retreat offers a chance to step out of stress and overwhelm and focus on your own mental health and well-being.

Spend five restorative nights surrounded by Nosara's tropical beauty, with optional daily yoga, nourishing meals and facilitated evening wellness and connection groups. Slow down, restore, reconnect with yourself and make room to receive the care, clarity and renewal you deserve.

Fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) in Costa Rica. From the airport, Nosara is approximately a 2.5-hour drive.

A Day of Rest & Renewal

9:00 AM | Light Breakfast
Ease into the morning with a light, nourishing breakfast, coffee, and tea. Enjoy a relaxed start to the day with time to connect or simply be.

10:00 AM | Morning Yoga & Mindfulness
Begin with a restorative yoga practice incorporating gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to awaken the body, quiet the mind, and set an intention for the day.

11:30 AM | Beach & Restoration
Spend the day at the beach with plenty of time to relax and restore. Swim, walk the shoreline, read, nap, journal, or simply soak in the beauty of Costa Rica. No agenda. No expectations. Just time to receive.

3:00 PM | Explore the Town
Spend the afternoon exploring the local town at your own pace. Browse local shops, enjoy a café, experience the culture, or wander without a plan.

6:00 PM | Dinner
Gather for a nourishing dinner and relaxed conversation, enjoying good food and meaningful connection.

7:30 PM | Evening Connection Group
Come together for an intentional evening circle focused on connection, reflection, and restoration. Through guided conversation, mindfulness, and reflection, create space to consider what you are releasing, what you are receiving, and what you want to carry with you beyond the retreat.

9:00 PM | Rest & Restore
Close the evening with quiet time to yourself. Unplug, breathe, reflect, and allow yourself to fully settle into rest.

Steps from the Beach

The retreat center is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to start or end your day with your feet in the sand. Nosara’s beaches are known for their natural beauty, warm Pacific waters, and relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere—perfect for long walks, swimming, watching the sunset, or simply enjoying the space to slow down.

For those looking for a little more adventure, Nosara offers surf lessons and board rentals, as well as opportunities for horseback riding, nature excursions, kayaking, wildlife experiences, and other local adventures. Whether you want to explore or spend the day doing absolutely nothing, you’ll have plenty of options.
